Here is the first shaping of my duck decoy.
I am using a pattern and instruction from Vic Kirkman

Here is a picture of my new tupelo knife used for carving duck decoys
It is from knotts knives.
Cant wait to try it out.

Rikon 14" Bandsaw

Just got a new 14" Bandsaw from woodcraft.
Have not really had a chance to use it yet.
Set up was easy.
The only down side is the slot in the table is in the front. Now that I have added a Kreg fence, it will be a pain to change blades.
Other than that, so far I think this going to be a great saw.
